All accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and all transactions are processed through Pakistani payment channels including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.
These Terms should be read alongside the Bet399 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and Bet399. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Bet399 platform.
To register and use Bet399, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and phone number. Bet399 will use this information to verify your identity in accordance with our KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
Each person may hold only one Bet399 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, Bet399 reserves the right to close all related accounts, retain any bonuses claimed across them and restrict future access to the platform.
Your Bet399 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, regardless of whether that activity was conducted by you personally or by a third party who accessed your account with or without your knowledge.
Bet399 will communicate with you using the contact details registered to your account. It is your responsibility to ensure these details are up to date. Bet399 is not liable for any loss arising from failure to receive communications sent to outdated or incorrect contact details provided by you.
You must not use your Bet399 account in connection with any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any activity that Bet399 reasonably suspects to be in breach of applicable law. Any account associated with such activity will be suspended immediately, reported to relevant authorities as required, and all funds in the account may be retained pending investigation.
All Bet399 account balances and transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following deposit methods are currently supported: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.
Deposits: The minimum deposit is Rs 500. Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash typically clear within seconds of confirmation on your mobile wallet. IBFT bank transfers may take up to one business hour depending on your bank's processing schedule. Card deposits are subject to standard banking processing times.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Where specific promotion terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific terms apply to that promotion.
VIP Club benefits — including cashback on net losses — are governed by the VIP Club terms accessible at /vip-club. Cashback is paid in real money (not bonus funds) unless the specific cashback promotion states otherwise.
The following general rules apply to all sports and esports bets placed on Bet399. Game-specific rules are published within each betting market and take precedence over these general rules where they conflict.
Bet399 takes all reasonable steps to ensure odds accuracy. In the event of an obvious pricing error — where a price differs substantially from the true market and a reasonable person would recognise it as incorrect — Bet399 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bet399 and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

Where prohibited conduct is identified, Bet399 may suspend the account immediately, withhold any pending withdrawals, void any outstanding bets and retain any balance pending investigation.

Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance above Rs 100 will be processed for withdrawal to the registered payment method within five business days. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
Where an account is closed by Bet399 due to a breach of these Terms, the decision on whether to return the remaining balance is at Bet399's sole discretion depending on the nature of the breach.
Bet399 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with the Bet399 Privacy Policy, which should be read alongside these Terms. By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
Bet399 uses personal data for purposes including account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, personalised communications and platform improvement.
